About the Role:

As IT Team Lead you'll oversee technology projects, align innovation with business goals, and ensure cross-functional collaboration. You'll lead a dynamic team of Fullstack developers and UX/UI designers to deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure digital solutions. You will bridge technology, product design, and business strategy to optimize operations and drive groundbreaking projects, from software development and AI solutions to cloud infrastructure and client integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and oversee internal tech teams.

• Define and implement a technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive innovation, AI solutions, and data analysis.
• Oversee the development of a proprietary operating system for seamless app integration.
• Manage the tech stack (primarily Flutter) while ensuring adaptability.
• Oversee the development and seamless integration of six major applications in the first year.
• Develop and maintain a unified login system across all company applications.
• Implement scalable infrastructure, security, and performance optimization.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery and efficient execution.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of developers, including a Full-Stack
• Developer and UX/UI Designers.
• Be part of a multicultural team.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the tech team, project manager, and marketing teams.
• Oversee performance evaluations, training, and development programs.
• Oversee client integrations and digital transformation, translating requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 9+ years of experience in software development and system architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Native English, with two additional languages as a plus.
• Ability to manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• In-depth understanding of GDPR and data security practices.
• Expertise in cybersecurity, with a focus on safeguarding systems and data.
• Flutter expertise (preferred) or experience with modern tech stacks.
• Understanding of AI, data science, and machine learning.
• Familiarity with gaming development (Unity is a plus).
• Experienced in managing multi-app ecosystems, API integrations, and proprietary OS development.
• Skilled in scaling teams and managing multidisciplinary projects in Agile environments.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving & communication skills.
• Experience in gaming, gamification, AI-driven products, and SaaS is a plus
• This position offers the flexibility to work remotely.
• International experience with a background in working across different countries is plus.
• Flexible to work across differents time zones and to travel for business.
