About the Role

We are hiring SAP IBP Consultants to configure, implement and support supply chain planning solutions. Each consultant will be allocated according to their main area of expertise:

  • Demand Planning: statistical forecasting, forecast models, monthly demand review and S&OP; planning areas, key figures and the IBP Excel Add-In.
  • Supply / Response Planning: supply, capacity and distribution planning, including heuristics, optimizer and allocation.
  • Technical / Integration: IBP integration with S/4HANA or ECC (CI-DS, SDI, real-time integration) and master data.
  • SAP APO (DP/SNP, CIF): especially professionals who have taken part in APO-to-IBP migration projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.
  • Participate in implementation, testing, go-live and hypercare.
  • Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve planning processes.
  • Collaborate directly with U.S. stakeholders in English.


Required Experience by Seniority

  • Lead: 10+ years of experience and at least 2 complete SAP IBP implementations reaching production go-live.
  • Senior: 6–10 years of experience and at least 2 real SAP IBP implementations.
  • Mid-Level: 3–5 years of experience and at least 1 real SAP IBP implementation.
  • Junior profiles will not be considered.


Mandatory Requirements

  • At least one verifiable SAP IBP or APO implementation: client or industry, duration, your role, modules you configured, and go-live status. Training or certification alone, without real project experience, will not be considered.
  • Active SAP Certified Associate - SAP IBP for Supply Chain (or current equivalent), verifiable via Credly.
  • Fluent English (C1 minimum) for technical discussions with U.S. stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, or FMCG.
  • SAP APO Demand Planning experience.
  • SAP APO-to-IBP migration experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration.
  • Previous experience with American or international clients.
