About the Role:
The Documentation Assistant supports Frontall's government bidding process by assembling and organizing proposal packages.
The role includes preparing documents such as compliance matrices, organizational charts, past-performance information, resumes, and other required attachments.
Working closely with the Bidding Coordinator, the Assistant helps ensure proposals are accurate, customized, compliant, and submission-ready.
Work Arrangement: On-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble complete proposals, including project organizational charts, compliance matrices, staffing resumes, and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain an up-to-date table of Frontall's past government contracts and billed volume for reuse across proposals.
- Maintain and adapt a library of reusable proposal content, customizing materials to each agency and opportunity instead of relying on generic boilerplate language.
- Manage the candidate recruitment and selection matrix used as a supporting attachment for specific bids.
- Work closely with the Bidding Coordinator to turn opportunity briefings into finished, submission-ready proposals within one to two business days for priority opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken.
- Strong technical writing and document organization skills in English.
- Ability to synthesize information into clear, structured content.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on document compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with AI tools for drafting and document structuring.
Experience That Is a Plus:
- Experience in technical writing, document assembly, or editing.
- Exposure to RFPs, government bids, or formal proposal documentation.
- Experience organizing complex documents under tight deadlines.
