About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist to support internal communication, employee engagement, and employer branding initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to learn, contribute new ideas, and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Create content and visual materials for internal campaigns.
- Assist with endomarketing actions, events, and internal branding projects.
- Take and edit photos and videos for internal use.
- Support employer branding and organizational culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams on internal projects.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve communication and the employee experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or other Adobe tools.
- Familiarity with photography, video editing, and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
