About the job Social Media
About the Client:
Our client is a U.S.-based residential real estate business focused on building strong client relationships and maintaining an authentic presence in the local market.
About the Role:
This is a production and scheduling-focused role. The Social Media professional will follow established guidelines to prepare, schedule, and confirm posts using provided materials and examples. No independent brand strategy is required—just social media familiarity and the ability to work with minimal supervision once the workflow is established.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, prepare, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and a fourth platform, based on material provided roughly two weeks in advance.
- Use a scheduling/buffer tool to queue content and confirm/approve posts on their scheduled date.
- Ensure posts go out as planned each day (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) across all platforms, and promptly fix any posting issues.
- Maintain the raw, authentic, and personal tone that reflects the client directly, avoiding an overly polished or "AI edited" look.
- Suggest improvements and ideas on provided material, rather than only executing without input.
- Communicate clearly on progress, questions, and blockers.
- Keep organized records of scheduled content and reference materials (Google Doc, reels, links).
Qualifications:
- Natural, hands-on comfort with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X) and scheduling/buffer tools.
- Ability to follow detailed direction and reproduce an established personal brand voice accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability with scheduled, recurring tasks.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, part-time setting.
- Naturally organized and self-directed, with minimal need for supervision once the workflow is set.
Preferred:
- Experience managing social media for real estate or other personal-brand-driven professionals.
- Experience with content scheduling/buffer tools.
- An eye for suggesting small improvements while preserving an authentic, unpolished feel.
