About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to drive U.S. market growth, acquire new clients, develop strategic partnerships, and lead both an internal sales team and a network of independent sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the U.S. market.
  • Prospect, engage, and acquire B2B clients and strategic partners.
  • Lead sales meetings, negotiations, and contract closings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to client onboarding.
  • Lead an internal sales team, setting goals and performance metrics.
  • Recruit and manage independent sales representatives across the U.S.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, sales pipelines, and KPIs.
  • Drive client retention, account expansion, and recurring revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and sales leadership.
  • Experience with international clients or the U.S. market.
  • Fluent English and strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of prospecting and closing new business independently.
  • Experience managing sales teams, representatives, or partnerships.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Availability for frequent international travel.
  • Valid U.S. business travel visa or eligibility for ESTA.

Preferred: Experience in Staffing, Recruitment, BPO, Outsourcing, EOR, Payroll, SaaS, or professional services, especially with recurring revenue models and long-term B2B contracts.
