Handle day to day inventory process to ensure availability of material at warehouse to support customers requirement

Key duties and responsibilities :

  1. Diligently review planned order to ensure the right material is ordered in right quantity to support customers requirement while also considering cost and inventory value
  2. Diligently review and process MDG/MARIO in inventory control role to ensure material created with sufficient ROP/Max level and correct warehouse allocation
  3. Create required document/report/transaction in SAP to support inventory process, in example STO and reservation for obsolescence process, warehouse transfer, etc.
  4. Communicate with related parties to support their requirement related to material availability and other inventory process (customer, purchasing, warehouse, shipping, etc.)
  5. Handle other required inventory process with other member of inventory control team to support IC projects.

REQUIREMENT
S1 in Engineering with at least 1 year experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Warehousing, or Cataloging.

  • Have experience in ERP software e.g., SAP MM module
  • Have experience in MRO software such as Oniqua or IBM Maximo MRO
  • Have experience in data analytics process e.g., analyze and present data using Microsoft PowerBI, data crunching in Microsoft Excel.
  • Customer Service Orientation - maintains clear communication, respond to requests in a friendly manner
  • Good personality to work as a team member
  • Persistence to work high load of clerical tasks
