Position Title : RCM Planner

Work Location : Gresik, East Java

Employment Type : 12-month contract based with possibility extension

Work of the RCM Planners are:

1. Responsible for the generation of high-quality job plans and work packs to allow efficient scheduling, assignment and execution of work
2. The Planner is responsible for planning work order tasks by clearly identifying the work needed by craft and associated equipment and materials to complete the job safely and efficiently
3. Responsible for daily backlog management, within their area of responsibility, to clean up and prioritize work
4. Responsible for maintaining job plan libraries and ensuring Job Plans are complete, accurate and easily accessible to all
5. Responsible for identifying the people, tools, materials, services, and procedures needed for a quality work pack
6. Responsible for requesting modification or creation of master data such as new materials, new locations, description changes, etc
7. Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and basic defect elimination in the day to day execution of work
8. Responsible for following Global Work Management processes and standards within planning activities and monitoring the agreed upon KPIs, taking appropriate actions to close the deviation from target
9. Managing task for your assigned area, ensuring effective task assignment, safety compliance, performance management, and skills development.
10. Champion the 6-week planning cycle and enforce adherence to standardized planning processes, tools, and meetings.
11. Assess asset condition and performance to update maintenance plans and tactics, aligning with business goals for cost, availability, and reliability.
12. Coordinate planning work and logistics to optimize resource utilization, reduce downtime, and maximize tool time for frontline teams.
13. Ensure full integration and consistent use of SAP for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking all asset management activities.
14. Contribute to annual budget development and ongoing forecasting by ensuring PM01s are accurate, up to date, and aligned with equipment strategy.
15. Support planners in identifying process improvements, analyzing performance data, and updating planning documentation to meet target state goals

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) qualifications in engineering disciplines
2. Experience minimum 5 years in relevant technical field experience
3. A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
4. Advanced understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling principles
5. Demonstrated experience in applying preventative, predictive, and planned maintenance strategies to reduce equipment breakdowns and extend asset life
6. Solid knowledge of asset management systems (preferably SAP) and experience ensuring compliance with standardized planning procedures and tools.
7. Advanced coordination skills, with the ability to guide planning teams and influence cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational goals.
8. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess maintenance performance, identify improvements, and drive process optimization
