The purpose of this position:
Supervisor Sales is in responsible for creating all the paperwork required for sales operations (Contract, Sales Order, Invoice, etc.) in order to support the company in selling products to customers. Including all activities related to sales operation in PTS, MSP, and MMR
The key duties and responsibilities of this position:
- Communicate with customers to determine and address their needs, and providing them with positive customer experience
- Develop reasonable sales goals and metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to expand products brand presence, develop campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of products among potential clients
- Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Answer customers' questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.Maintain an accurate record of all products sales, customer complaints, and corrective actions
- Provide feedback from customers regarding product quality and potential improvements to technical team and production team
- Maintain and manage customer data in commercial system to properly sales terms reflective of order to cash contractual obligations
- Transact customers orders in accordance with contract terms and ensure orders are properly scheduled for delivery in SAP
- Data entry into SAP for Sales & Marketing Department.
The key challenges in this position:
- Ensure that all sales operations are successful.
- Making sure that all the required documentation is ready for all products shipment.
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing / business / industrial engineering / or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Administration / Sales Operation role
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
- Mining sales experience is an advantage
- Familiar with SAP System
- Ability to budget and forecast sales plans
- Wide sales coverage optimization (creation of analytics models)
