The purpose of this position is:

Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help various business group implement effective solutions that creates value for the organization.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their challenges, requirements, and objectives. Ensure that technology projects and data analytics solutions are in line with the organization's overarching goals of safety, productivity, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments, including divisional leadership. Foster collaboration to ensure that solutions effectively address business needs and drive value.
  • Business Process Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes. Identify opportunities for leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive productivity gains. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions via the range of leading digital methodologies and/or solutions that drive business value. Drive discussions and provide consultation around technology transformation, and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirement.
  • Solution Design and Development: Work closely with technical teams to develop innovative solutions that address business requirements and leverage the latest advancements in data science and technology. Develop comprehensive design documents and functional specifications. Confer with customer to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder agreement meetings.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of technology solutions within the organization. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders to mitigate resistance and facilitate seamless integration into existing workflows.
  • Project Leadership: Take ownership of IT and data analytics projects, from initiation to delivery. Provide strategic direction, manage resources effectively, and ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments. Support the delivery of quality functional and support development and implementation of quality business solutions for the client

The key challenges in this position include:

° A clear understanding and vision with technology, awareness of latest trends in IT and understanding of how to apply IT successful in complex business environment.

° Maintain strong coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

° Anticipating and addressing complex system integration challenges between any IT solution (Cloud Solutions, ERP/SAP, Automation Technology, and/or any technology solutions)

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education & Experience

° Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field

° Computer skill

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

° Strong Business Acumen in the area of Finance, Supply Chain and/or Human Resource

° Agile Project Management

° Adaptability to navigate through evolving business requirements and technological advancements in the mining industry.

° Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for technology-driven and data analytics-driven improvements.

° Excellent Presentation and Communication skill both in English and Indonesia

° Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different departments.

° Change Management and Leadership skill.
