The purpose of this position:

Maintain cashflow including cash projection, SIMODIS reporting, and optimizing cash productivity to support overall activities of Smelter and PMR business operations.


The key duties and responsibilities of this position:

  • Consolidate monthly cash flow projections for PMR and Smelter business projects.
  • Maintain funding requests to the group for operational activities
  • Consolidate daily cash balance for PMR and Smelter business project.
  • Maintain good relationships with bank partners for the purpose of cash management optimization and project automation.
  • Responsible for preparing cash flow and fluctuation analysis on a monthly basis.
  • Responsible for SIMODIS Reporting as per Central Bank Regulation
  • Responsible for daily cash movement in the bank statement


The key challenges in this position:

  • Maintain balance between financial condition and operational needs.
  • Provide accurate and on time reports based on internal and external standards to fulfill government and other users' requirements by making good coordination with subordinates and other parties.
  • Analyze the complex data, in order to get reliable data for making planning and evaluation to better decision-making for the best interests of Management.
  • Describe the fluctuation analysis in the detailed transactions and summarize in a readable, reliable, and clear report for management's review.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and reporting standards such as US GAAP, Indo GAAP, IAS, and IFRS.
  • Strong understanding of FCPA and government and tax regulations related to the company's business.
  • The incumbent should be able to instill the department's vision and mission into each staff in the section.
  • The incumbent should be able to prevent any kind of issues incurred within his/her area that will negatively impact the company's business.
  • The incumbent should be able to select/place the right people in each position within his area in order to maximize the value of its section.


The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education & Experience

  • S-1 (bachelor) in Management/Finance/Accounting.
  • Has deep knowledge of internal control function and related regulation within Company's business such as FCPA, government, and tax regulation.
  • Has a minimum of at least 5-7 years experience in finance and accounting of a multinational company or a managerial position as an internal/external auditor with a proven managerial skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm.
