Description

We are a Learning Center which is dedicated to providing a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for young children. We are seeking a Lead Childcare Teacher to oversee daily operations, curriculum implementation, and staff coordination to ensure high-quality care and learning experiences for children.

Job Summary:

The Lead Childcare Teacher will be responsible for managing the overall daycare operations,

ensuring the well-being of children, fostering their developmental growth, and maintaining a

structured yet engaging environment. This role requires a compassionate and proactive

individual with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure childrens basic care needs, including feeding, hygiene, and grooming.
  • Plan and implement daily schedules and learning activities as per the provided curriculum.
  • Foster age-appropriate socialization and encourage positive behavior.
  • Identify and address behavioral or learning concerns in children.
  • Maintain progress reports, feedback, and reflections for each child.
  • Provide regular updates to parents regarding their childs development.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Lead and mentor assistant teachers and staff, ensuring adherence to daycare policies.
  • Observe and report any health or developmental concerns to the management.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors or Undergraduate degree in Education, Sociology, Arts, or a related field (Masters and/or relevant certification preferred).
  • ECE certification will be a strong advantage.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in childcare, early childhood education, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education (ECE).
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills.
  • Patience, attentiveness, and a nurturing approach to childcare.

Working Hours: 9 AM 6 PM
