Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bidder - Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and managing the bidding process for projects on our platform. This is a full-time, remote position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with the best solutions

- Manage the bidding process for projects on our platform, ensuring timely and accurate submissions

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for growth

- Maintain a strong understanding of our platform and services to effectively communicate with clients and address any inquiries or concerns

- Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction

- Monitor and analyze bidding data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize the bidding process

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the freelance industry

- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Strong negotiation and sales skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in using online platforms and social media for business development purposes

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of project management and bidding processes is a plus

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
