Job Title: Privilege Branch Manager

Location: Karachi (On-Site)

Salary: PKR 250k to 300k - Negotiable

Job Summary:

As the Privilege Branch Manager, you will lead and manage the Privilege Banking branch, ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving profitability through innovative strategies and operational excellence. Overseeing a team of 20+ individuals, you will create a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on relationship management and superior service delivery. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving the branch's financial targets, enhancing client satisfaction, and positioning the branch as a comprehensive provider of financial solutions tailored to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial objectives.
  • Position the branch as a primary hub for personal, commercial, and corporate banking, as well as investment and insurance solutions.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Strategically acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones through exceptional service and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Promote the branchs financial growth by managing current accounts, savings accounts, and fixed deposits.

Operational Excellence:

  • Optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experience.
  • Ensure the branch environment is welcoming, well-maintained, and adheres to industry standards.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Maintain strict adherence to KYC and anti-money laundering protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to achieve outstanding results and foster a strong culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Drive a customer-service-oriented culture by actively engaging in client acquisition and relationship management efforts.

Financial Performance:

Execute innovative revenue growth and cost-management strategies to maintain branch profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in relationship management, sales management, customer service, and banking operations.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
