Position: UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. As a UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with our development team and clients to ensure that our designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:

- Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately

- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and testing

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

- Communicate design ideas and decisions effectively to clients and team members

- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.

- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work

- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices

- Experience with user research and usability testing

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
