Branch manager - Banking

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Freelancerprox, a leading banking company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, managing a team of employees, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the branch's operations, including customer service, sales, and administrative tasks - Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and achieve sales targets - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions to address any issues - Train, mentor, and motivate branch employees to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to help them achieve their goals - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting our products and services to meet their financial needs - Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies - Prepare and present reports on branch performance to upper management - Collaborate with other branch managers and departments to achieve company-wide goals and objectives - Stay updated on industry trends and changes to develop new strategies and improve existing ones - Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of banking products and services - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions - Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills - Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance procedures - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Fluent in English and Arabic If you are a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for banking, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
