Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough quality checks on all deliverables submitted by our freelance professionals - Identify and report any errors or inconsistencies in the work - Communicate with freelancers to provide feedback and guidance on improving the quality of their work - Develop and maintain quality control processes and procedures - Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the quality of our services - Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for quality assurance Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - Proven experience as a Q expert or in a similar quality control role - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures - Familiarity with project management tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong time management and organizational skills - Experience in the freelance industry is a plus Location: This position is based in Washington D.C., DC, USA.
