Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Ansible Operations Engineer to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' infrastructure using Ansible automation. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of our clients' applications. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and maintain Ansible playbooks for automating infrastructure management tasks - Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues using Ansible Tower - Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications - Develop and maintain documentation for Ansible processes and procedures - Continuously improve and optimize Ansible automation processes - Stay up-to-date with the latest Ansible features and best practices - Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong experience with Ansible automation, including designing and implementing playbooks - Experience with Ansible Tower for monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure issues - Knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting - Experience with version control systems such as Git - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support Location: This is a full-time position based in our Islamabad, Pakistan office. The candidate must be willing to work 40 hours per week.
