Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine lubrication of machinery and equipment, including oil changes, greasing, and filter replacements.

Inspect and monitor fluid levels, identify leaks, and report equipment irregularities to supervisors.

Maintain accurate records of lubrication schedules, oil analysis reports, and maintenance logs.

Operate lubrication equipment such as pumps, grease guns, and automatic lubrication systems safely and efficiently.

Assist in condition monitoring activities like oil sampling and basic vibration/temperature checks.

Ensure all lubricants and materials are properly labeled, stored, and used in compliance with safety standards.

Follow all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures.

Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime during servicing.

Maintain cleanliness of lubrication systems and work areas.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance/lubrication preferred.

13 years of relevant experience in industrial or automotive lubrication.

Knowledge of lubrication systems, oil analysis, and mechanical maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, equipment schematics, and lubrication charts.

Strong attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset.

Basic computer skills for data entry and maintenance logs.

Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in industrial environments.
Preferred:

Certification as a Certified Lubrication Technician (e.g., ICML Level I or II) is a plus.

Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
