Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Workday Benefit Module Lead with years of expertise in benefits management and HRIS system implementation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading, designing, reviewing, and configuring benefits modules.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation, design, and configuration of the benefits module within systems.
2. Leadership & Project Management: Oversee benefits system projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. System Design & Review: Design and review the benefits module to ensure alignment with company policies, industry best practices, and system functionality.
4. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal requirements, provide reporting and analytics on benefits utilization and costs.
5. Benefits Strategy Alignment: Align the benefits module with the organizations overall benefits strategy and HR objectives.
6. Training & Support: Provide training and troubleshooting support to HR teams and stakeholders on the benefits module.
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum 8+ years of experience in benefits management, focusing on the benefits module design, configuration, and implementation.
2. A certification in benefits management is mandatory
3. Knowledge of emerging trends in employee benefits and compensation
