Responsibilities:
Serve as the OTM SME, providing in-depth expertise and guidance on system functionalities, best practices, and industry standards.
Lead business process mapping initiatives to analyze and document current transportation processes (for both Small Molecule and Cell & Gene Therapy businesses) identifying areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze the existing transportation processes and understand team needs with the goal of utilizing the TM to maximize efficiency and ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor and troubleshoot OTM-related issues, providing timely resolutions to enhance system performance
Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and training materials
Stay current with industry trends and OTM updates, providing insights on how they can be leveraged for business improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharma/biotech environment, including significant experience with Oracle Transportation Management
Small Molecule and/or Cell & Gene Therapy experience is preferred
Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes, business process mapping, with a solid understanding of compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDP, GMP)
Proven experience in system configuration, implementation, and optimization of OTM solutions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams with differing perspectives and personalities
