ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize in-depth technical understanding of SAP, with a strong foundation in any of areas below
and design and implement SAP solutions for clients:
o Logistic foundation (SD/MM/EWM/IBP/SCP)
o Finance foundation (FI/CO/PS/Group Reporting and Consolidation)
o Technical foundation (BTP/ABAP/FIORI/Integration/BASIS)
You will use and extend your strong understanding of other 2 areas which are not foundational
for you.
Create SAP strategies and architecture roadmaps, including well-articulated views of
transition stages toward the final goal by demonstrating the proficiency in SAP cloud offerings
(e.g. SAP RISE) and leverage them effectively to meet client requirements.
Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including business leaders and IT
professionals, to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and address concerns.
Apply knowledge of brownfield, bluefield, and greenfield methodologies to guide clients
through migration and transformation projects.
Lead the migration of systems from ECC6.0 to S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth transitions and
minimal disruption to business operations.
Define and document key design decisions based on the objective of the engagement.
Serve as a SAP Solution Architect, providing expert guidance and support to project teams
throughout the implementation lifecycle and developing implementations landscape and
roadmap.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their
SAP landscapes and achieve their business goals.
Designing and implementing SAP solutions: SAP Architect's main role is to design and
implement SAP solutions for a company's IT department.
Analyzing business requirements: SAP Architect analyzes a company's business
requirements.
Ensuring stability and reliability: SAP Architect ensures the stability and reliability of the SAP
system.
Understanding complex problems: Understands complex problems and finds solutions by
accurately defining the issue and requirements.
