Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Functional Testing Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for testing SAP MM (Materials Management) functionalities, ensuring system reliability, and validating business processes. This role requires strong knowledge of SAP MM modules, integration with other SAP modules, and expertise in functional testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities-

· Conduct functional testing of SAP MM processes, including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, and master data.

· Develop test cases, test scripts, and test data based on business requirements.

· Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

· Work closely with SAP MM functional consultants and business users to understand functional specifications and workflows.

· Identify, analyze, and document defects using bug-tracking tools and coordinate with development teams for resolution.

· Validate SAP MM modules integration with SD, FI, WM, and other SAP modules.

· Support SAP implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and patch testing.

· Ensure that SAP MM system configurations meet business needs and compliance requirements.

· Prepare test reports, defect logs, and test summary documentation.

· Assist in data migration validation and cutover testing during go-live phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 5 + years of experience in SAP MM functional testing.

· Strong understanding of SAP MM processes, including procure-to-pay (P2P), inventory management, and invoice processing.

· Hands-on experience with SAP MM transactions, tables, and configuration settings.

· Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.

· Experience with HP ALM, JIRA, or other test management tools.

· Knowledge of SAP integration with SD, FI, and WM modules.

· Familiarity with automation testing tools (preferred).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and documentation skills.
