Workday Integration Lead - WFO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Integration Lead with 8+ years of

expertise in delivering successful implementation projects, leading cross-functional

teams, and designing and developing complex integrations. The ideal candidate

will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track

record of delivering high-quality integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Integration Projects: Take charge of integration projects from concept to
completion, ensuring the solution meets client requirements and is delivered on
time and within budget.
Design & Architecture: Design and architect integration solutions that are
scalable, reliable, and meet business needs.
Interface Development: Oversee the development of complex interfaces,
ensuring they are well-designed, implemented, and optimized the performance.
Solution Review & Quality Assurance: Review the integration designs, code,
and solutions to ensure they meet best practices, security standards, and client
expectations.
