Fractl is teaming up with a fully remote, innovative company thats shaking up the healthcare industry with cutting-edge data analytics software.

They're on the hunt for a talented Technical Implementation Lead to ensures our products meet client needs by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.

Location: 100% Remote in the USA with ~10% travel
Base Salary: $135k - $175k

Visa Status: US Citizen or Green Card Holder

Who Are You?

  • 7+ years of professional experience, including:
    • 4+ years working with structured healthcare data (e.g., claims, encounters, enrollments)
    • 3+ years in SaaS implementation, delivery, or support for health enterprises or health plans
  • Technical leadership experience in:
    • Data management (ETL, integration, ingestion)
    • Business intelligence platforms (dashboards, reporting, analytics)
    • Data fusion or machine learning solutions
  • Proficiency with SQL and database analysis tools
  • Ability to explore and manage datasets with varying levels of quality and completeness

What Will You Do?

  • Lead data discovery and configuration sessions with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to map customer data and resolve ambiguities
  • Troubleshoot data issues and recommend solutions post-implementation
  • Advocate for product enhancements based on client feedback
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product stack
