Fractl is partnering with an innovative, fully remote company revolutionizing the healthcare industry with its cutting-edge SaaS analytics and workflow products.
Salary: $150k - $175k
Travel: 10-15% for big customer events
Hiring Manager: COO
Visa Status: US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Overview: You will be joining the 5 person customer success organization reporting to the COO. You will take over 2-4 accounts owning the relationship from sale to the end of the contract.
Who are you?
- Experienced Technical Account Manager who can understand the product, understand the industry and speak value to the customer.
- Familiarity with the industry, public sector, and/or BI systems.
- Worked pre and post implementation.
- Been through it before with some scar tissue of problems and willing to take on those challenges.
- Curious and wants to solve interesting problems.
What will you be doing?
- Own the relationship from sale to the end of the contract.
1.Implementation (6-12 months)
- Work with client and internal team to make sure implementation goes as expected.
2.Post Implementation
- Training, advocacy and support.
