Overview

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a product development team responsible for building and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver secure, reliable, and user-centric digital solutions while contributing to software quality, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications.
  • Build scalable and maintainable software using modern engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
  • Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation aligned with architectural standards.
  • Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and system performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading or mentoring small engineering teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and React Native.
  • Experience with native Android or iOS development is an advantage.
  • Experience with Docker and AWS services such as ECS Fargate, Lambda, S3, Aurora, and RDS.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and cloud computing principles.
  • Experience in API development, authentication, middleware, application security, and system integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into practical solutions.
