Role Overview:

We are building a next-generation Managed Services & Business Process Services (BPS) practice across APAC with strong focus on AI-driven operations, AIOps, and intelligent automation.

Responsibilities:

1. Practice Strategy & P&L Ownership

  • Define and execute Managed Services and BPS strategy across APAC.
  • Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, and margin optimization.
  • Build differentiated service offerings in AI-driven operations and intelligent automation.

2. Drive AIOps & Intelligent Operations Transformation

Lead next-generation service delivery models leveraging:

  • AIOps platform monitoring and automation
  • Predictive incident management
  • Intelligent ticket routing
  • Self-healing infrastructure operations
  • GenAI-enabled service desk and operations

Experience with platforms such as:

  • ServiceNow
  • IBM AIOps
  • Dynatrace
  • Splunk

3. Business Development and Commercial Leadership

  • Partner with Sales teams to drive new logo acquisition.
  • Lead RFPs, solution architecture positioning, and commercial proposals.
  • Build strategic partnerships with cloud and platform vendors.

4. Delivery and Service Excellence

  • Provide executive oversight of Managed Services and BPS delivery.
  • Ensure SLA compliance, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement automation-led service delivery models to improve efficiency and cost performance.

5. Automation and AI Transformation

Drive adoption of:

    • GenAI in service operations
    • Process mining
    • Workflow automation
    • Digital workforce and RPA

Exposure to:

  • UiPath
  • Automation Anywhere

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in IT Services, Managed Services, or BPS consulting.
  • Proven P&L leadership experience in service delivery or operations practices.
  • Strong experience in AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations transformation.
  • Experience managing global or regional delivery teams.
  • Strong knowledge in at least several of the following: Operations and Technology, Automation & AI and BPS Expertise.
  • Experience in global consulting or SI organizations.
  • Exposure to APAC market expansion strategies.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification.
  • Certifications in ITIL, Cloud, or AI operations technologies.
