Healthcare CoE/ Practice Lead

Role Overview:

We are accelerating our Healthcare vertical across APAC and is seeking a commercially driven Healthcare Practice Lead to build, scale, and lead the Healthcare Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a role with full ownership across revenue growth, capability build-up and large transformation oversight. The successful candidate will play a critical role in positioning FPT as a trusted digital transformation partner to Healthcare providers, payers, and public health institutions.

Responsibilities

1. Own the Healthcare P&L (APAC)

• Drive multi-million USD revenue growth across Healthcare accounts.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with predictable forecasting.
• Define go-to-market strategy across providers, payers, and public health agencies.
• Ensure sustainable margin performance and delivery excellence.

2. Client Advisory

• Lead C-suite conversations with CIOs, CMIOs, CTOs, and healthcare executives.
• Originate and close large digital transformation deals.
• Shape and lead RFP responses, commercial models, and pricing strategies.

3. Lead Large-Scale Healthcare Transformations

Drive initiatives across:

• Hospital Information Systems (HIS) & Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)
• Claims & Revenue Cycle Management
• Digital Patient Engagement Platforms
• Data & AI in clinical and operational optimization
• Cloud migration & platform modernization
• Interoperability & Health Information Exchange (HIE)

Experience with healthcare platforms such as:

• Epic Systems
• Oracle Health
• Philips
• Salesforce (Health Cloud)

4. Governance and Delivery Oversight

• Provide executive oversight on complex, multi-country programs.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards across APAC.
• Act as escalation authority for strategic engagements.
• Drive customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in Healthcare IT consulting or system integration.
• Proven leadership experience managing Healthcare practice or vertical.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue growth track record.
• Strong understanding of:
• Clinical workflows
• Healthcare operations
• Regulatory frameworks
• Patient data privacy and security
• Experience working across APAC healthcare ecosystems preferred.
• Strong executive presence and commercial acumen.
• Exposure to AI, analytics, and digital health innovation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
