SCADA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SCADA/EMS systems for renewable energy projects, ensuring stable performance and timely resolution of system/software issues.
• Handle tasks such as issue investigation, troubleshooting, software upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Address customer feedback and requirements, coordinate with relevant teams, and drive resolution of reported issues.
• Oversee acceptance testing and commissioning of new projects.
• Prepare regular operation and maintenance reports, summarizing system performance and issue resolutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, IEC104) with ability to resolve common communication issues independently.
• Familiarity with Linux commands and basic system administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with solid documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities to work directly with clients.
• High sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and willingness to support urgent issues.
• Flexibility for irregular business travel.
• Availability to handle emergency issues during weekends and public holidays.
