G31 - Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying technical requirements through consultation with stakeholders and system analysis.
• Contribute to the design of styles and behaviours applied to legislation edits and support in building XML parsers for LEAPXML/AKN format.
• Develop and implement customised technical solutions, including frontend screens, XML parsers, and API interfaces, using React.js and Node.js on AWS cloud.
• Perform unit testing, prepare documentation, and support quality assurance activities.
• Apply best practices in coding, version control, and ensure code quality under guidance of senior engineers.
• Provide technical support during sprint demos, user testing, and assist in troubleshooting issues during implementation.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and agile team members to ensure business requirements are effectively met.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Software Developer, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Exposure to AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of XML and familiarity with parsing concepts (training will be provided).
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, sprint demos, user testing).
• Strong focus on learning, quality coding practices, and documentation.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
