I05 - Power Platform Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Power Platform Developer specializing in AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and AI Builder. The role focuses on designing and deploying AI-powered agents and automation to support enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and orchestrator flows using Copilot Studio
• Configure generative answers and ground agents on enterprise data sources
• Build Power Automate flows as plugins/skills for agents
• Integrate AI Builder models (e.g., document processing, sentiment analysis)
• Connect agents to enterprise systems via APIs and custom connectors
• Monitor performance and optimize conversational flows
• Implement Responsible AI guardrails and manage ALM deployments

Top 3 Mandatory Criteria

• 4–5 years of Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Microsoft Copilot Studio (Agents & Flows)
• Expert in building agents, topics, orchestrator flows, entities, and conversation variables
• Generative AI Knowledge
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and grounding data

Additional Requirements

• Advanced Power Automate experience
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SQL, APIs)
• Proven deployment of at least one production chatbot or AI agent
