M05 - Project Manager

Overview

Lead digital projects to support their digital transformation agenda. You will manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery and adoption of digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality targets are met.

• Develop project roadmaps, business cases, and KPIs aligned with agency objectives.

• Coordinate multiple initiatives, manage risks, and resolve cross-project issues.

• Engage stakeholders across business and technical teams, including vendors.

• Manage procurement, change requests, and system implementation using Agile practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least one Agile project lifecycle.

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred

• Experience with cloud, data analytics, design thinking, or product-centric development.

• Familiarity with AWS or digital platforms.

• Certifications such as CITPM, PMI, or Certified Scrum Master.
