Responsibilities
- Understand functional requirements, able to apply business and functional knowledge to design comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies.
- Validate that solutions align with the organizations continuous improvement strategies and contribute to operational efficiency
- Develop test scripts and execute test throughout the application lifecycle. Able to formulate test scenarios and test plans, conduct user acceptance testing, update test results with proper documentation and prepare UAT status scorecard to stakeholders
- Log defects and issues discovered during testing, including clear description, steps to reproduce and potential impacts on business process.
- Maintain awareness of technical progress and risk for assigned projects, confer with technical personnel to resolve issues and drive corrective actions. Track and monitor defects with Tech, and Ops, if required.
- Communicate test results and potential impacts to business analyst and business stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on the findings and recommendations.
- Prepare user guide and conducts training to operational users on any new deployment.
- Ensuring risk and compliance standards are followed for every changes.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with working experience in Insurance operations and processing can be considered.
- Business Analysis skill in delivery business requirement process
- Project management skill in executing and managing user acceptance testing and planning.
- Savvy in the application of latest technology
- Proactive, resourceful, innovative/creative/critical thinkers and able to engage stakeholders from different business domains.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Good analytical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Self-managing, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high quality of work.
- Excellent oral and written communication including listening skill and dispute resolution skills at the assignment level. Have good Interpersonal and consultative skills.
