M14 - Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and document business processes.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Define workflows, business rules, forms and system requirements.
• Work closely with developers, testers and business users throughout delivery.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis and implementation.
• Manage requirements traceability and change impact analysis.

Key Skills

• 4–8 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, system integration and application workflows.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence.
• Government/enterprise application experience is an advantage.
