Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and follow up with relevant departments across OB Singapore, and when required, across the region, to complete assigned tasks and operational initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery, Admin, Finance, Offshore teams, Marketing ect. and other related functions depending on the scope of work.
  • Support internal synchronization and reporting within the Operations team and to management.
  • Consolidate, track, and analyze data related to Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery, and other operational activities.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and operational updates for internal use and leadership review.
  • Proactively follow through on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with good quality.
  • Contribute ideas and suggest practical improvements to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage tools, systems, and AI solutions to improve process, workflows, reporting quality, and productivity.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams).
  • Good understanding of business operations processes, including sales pipeline tracking, delivery coordination, and reporting workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate, interpret, and present data into meaningful insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting tools or dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools; exposure to CRM systems or project tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in reporting and execution.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Interest or exposure to process improvement, automation, or use of AI tools to enhance productivity is an added advantage.
