Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and goals.

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement; develop process maps and workflow diagrams for both current and target states.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions that address business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making; prepare insightful reports and dashboards to present findings.

  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget; provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and project plans, ensuring accuracy and version control.

  • Serve as the communication bridge between stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely information flow across teams.

  • Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support; develop training guides, manuals, and conduct workshops to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in mid-level or senior capacity, preferably in investment or financial services projects.

  • Strong knowledge of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and solution design.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) with the ability to derive actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in preparing training materials and conducting user training sessions is an advantage
