Roles and Responsibilities
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate and oversee multiple ICT vendors and external service providers.
- Collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Facilitate workshops with business users to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
- Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and document problems with clear recommendations and solutions.
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Review and validate project deliverables such as functional specifications, test plans, and user documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business needs.
System Enhancements & Service Requests
- Assess and prioritize requests for system enhancements and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met for projects, incidents, and support activities.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify and assess potential project risks, recommending mitigation measures where necessary.
- Ensure all systems, processes, and documentation comply with IT management, quality assurance, and security policies.
Operational Support
- Manage and resolve day-to-day IT issues related to applications, infrastructure, or security.
- Facilitate smooth business operations by ensuring system stability and availability.
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Educational Qualifications
- Tertiary education in Computer/Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Relevant Experience
Essential Technical Experience
- Relevant experience in web development projects and daily IT operations.
- Strong background in .NET or J2EE applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise IT governance and security frameworks.
- Experience troubleshooting complex application, infrastructure, and security challenges.
