Roles and Responsibilities

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple ICT vendors and external service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with application, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Facilitate workshops with business users to gather, clarify, and validate requirements.
  • Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and document problems with clear recommendations and solutions.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Review and validate project deliverables such as functional specifications, test plans, and user documentation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business needs.

System Enhancements & Service Requests

  • Assess and prioritize requests for system enhancements and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met for projects, incidents, and support activities.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Identify and assess potential project risks, recommending mitigation measures where necessary.
  • Ensure all systems, processes, and documentation comply with IT management, quality assurance, and security policies.

Operational Support

  • Manage and resolve day-to-day IT issues related to applications, infrastructure, or security.
  • Facilitate smooth business operations by ensuring system stability and availability.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

Educational Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in Computer/Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Relevant Experience

Essential Technical Experience

  • Relevant experience in web development projects and daily IT operations.
  • Strong background in .NET or J2EE applications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise IT governance and security frameworks.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex application, infrastructure, and security challenges.
