About the job G14 - Business Analyst
The Senior Business Analyst should display strong creative, communication and organizational skills and led at least three (3) completed projects using user-centered design approaches for service or product development as well as Scrum or equivalent as the Agile software development framework. This should include experience in leading at least one (1) team of analyst in developing service journey maps, site maps and workflows and conduct usability testing as well as User Research, Prototyping and POC.
Deliverables
The deliverables set out in this engagement is a user discovery report and Proof-Of-Concept documenting the following:
- User discovery research to identify and understand limitations and shortcomings in existing processes and system.
- Derive insights on opportunities for improvements/enhancements in new Licence Processing System and processes.
- Define the user stories to facilitate iterative development of prototypes to test out ideas and refine recommendations.
- Envision the new one-MOM licensing system alongside the re-designed licensing process through a proof-of-concept discussed and agreed with Project manager.
Knowledge and Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information/Infocomm Technology, Information Systems discipline, with strong background in Product Thinking, Product Delivery and Prototyping and Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Miro and Lookback
- Experience in the following: User experience research, Usability testing, User interviews, Journey mapping, Rapid Prototyping and Card Sorting
- Knowledge in the following: Usability principles, user-centric research and design, prototyping, wireframing, and visual design
- Experience in screen-level wireframes and create visual designs would be added bonus.
- Possess excellent analytical skills and conceptual abilities
