G03 - UX Designer

About the Team

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing user-centric digital products and services that meet the needs of our core users. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, product managers, and operations staff, building a bridge between product, and policy teams.

We are looking for a UX Designer who thrives in ambiguity and takes pride in building projects from the ground up. The ideal candidate excels in facilitating workshops, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and crafting thoughtful, user-centred designs that drive meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design tasks

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for enterprise-level applications

• Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support users' goals and tasks, and how successful interactions look.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs

• Work in ambiguity to define project scope and deliver innovative design solutions

• Utilise Figma to compose and present designs to stakeholders

• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the design process

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a product designer.

• Confident in operating independently

• Skilled in conducting workshops and user interviews.

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work
