Job Description: Business Process Services (BPS) Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented BPS Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive significant revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships within target markets. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the BPS landscape, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and a strong network of C-level contacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the BPS market.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential prospects across key industries and develop tailored value propositions.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at target clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (delivery, operations, marketing, solutions) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Mentor and coach a high-performing sales team (if applicable based on current structure or future plans).
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, sales collateral, and thought leadership content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in BPS sales, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of BPS service offerings, including Customer Service (voice & digital), Finance & Accounting (F&A), Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong understanding of technology's role in BPS, including AI, automation, analytics, and cloud solutions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience managing and motivating sales teams (preferred).
  • Established network of contacts within target industries.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
