We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing and Event Manager (APAC) to drive internal employee engagement initiatives and external partnership events, enhance employer branding, and create impactful content for both internal and external stakeholders. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment, strengthening employee engagement, and positioning the company as a top employer and partner in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging events, designing compelling visuals, and producing high-quality content that aligns with the company's goals and culture.


Responsibilities

Internal Employee Engagement and Communication

  • Collaborate with Office Management team to plan and execute internal engagement events such as team-building activities, holiday celebrations and cultural initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Design office decorations for key celebrations, company milestones, and themed events to enhance workplace aesthetics and morale.
  • Develop and distribute engaging internal newsletters to keep employees informed about company updates, achievements, and upcoming events.
  • Collaborate with HR to create programs that recognize employee achievements and foster a sense of community.
  • Act as the primary owner of internal communication channels, ensuring timely and engaging dissemination of company updates, policies, and initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to craft messages that align with the company's vision and values.

External Sales Partnership Events

  • Organize and manage external events, such as partner summits, industry conference and networking sessions to strengthen relationships with sales and technology partners.
  • Develop event strategies and logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and coordination with vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create visually appealing event materials such as invitations, brochures, and presentation decks to support partnership events.
  • Act as the point of contact for external partners to ensure alignment on event objectives and outcomes.

Content Creation and Design

  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including posters, videos, white papers, infographics, and presentations to support both internal and external campaigns.
  • Design and produce visually appealing content for social media platforms, company websites, and newsletters to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to create campaigns that highlight company culture, employee success stories, and career opportunities.
  • Leverage social media, career fairs, and industry events to attract top talent and build the company's reputation.

Marketing Campaigns and Strategy

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns for key company initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regional market dynamics.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, event management, or content creation, preferably in the technology or system integration industry.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing both internal and external events.
  • Expertise in creating engaging visuals, videos, and written content tailored for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage internal employees and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Knowledge of social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics tools to track campaign performance.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and regions.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
