We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure successful delivery of AEM-based digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AEM implementations.
- Work with developers and designers to ensure the alignment of requirements with AEM platform capabilities.
- Assist in the creation of content architecture, workflows, and user permissions within AEM.
- Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for AEM features.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate user experiences.
- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support testing efforts by defining test scenarios and reviewing test cases.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Recommend enhancements to AEM configurations and processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest AEM features and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with AEM or other CMS platforms.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including content management, workflows, and templates.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics integration.
- Knowledge of integrating AEM with other systems (CRM, analytics tools, etc.).
