About the job Senior HR Executive

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. This role will manage HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and work pass applications.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business units on HR and people-related matters
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, and employee documentation
  • Ensure HR practices are compliant with Singapore's employment laws and MOM regulation
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, DP, LOC, etc.) via MOM portals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and internal systems

Employee Engagement and Relations

  • Build a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace environment

  • Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution in a professional manner
  • Lead employee engagement programs, surveys, and follow-up action planning

Performance and Talent Management

  • Manage the performance appraisal process and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and development plans
  • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives

Policy and Process Improvement

  • Review and refine HR policies and SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a regional or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Proven experience managing performance cycles, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Whyze) and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office etc)
  • Experience in the technology or IT services industry is advantageous
