Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Architect to lead our organization's technology strategy, design, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and data analytics. As the technology leader, you will drive the digital transformation of our organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing risks, and delivering innovative solutions across multiples domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and define the organization's overall architecture strategy and technology roadmap, focusing on digital channels, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
• Deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions from design to execution across complex financial services domains, including wealth management, cash management, and trade finance.
• Develop and implement architecture frameworks  that drive technology standardization, simplification, and alignment with business objectives.
• Design and oversee the migration of on-premises applications to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google GCP, leveraging microservices and event-driven architectures to enhance operational resilience and scalability.
• Implement robust cybersecurity practices to safeguard the organizations critical assets, including IAM, PCI DSS compliance, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Lead initiatives to reduce cyber risks and ensure data security.
• Spearhead the transition to a data-driven architecture through the adoption of data mesh principles and AI/ML models, ensuring that the organization stays ahead in data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders, C-level executives, engineering teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals.
• Promote agile delivery practices and continuous innovation within the technology team, ensuring rapid delivery of new solutions that meet business needs.
• Contribute to RFP responses, client pitches, and project bids by providing functional and technical insights that align with customer needs and organizational capabilities.
• Develop and implement a technology roadmap that addresses technical debt and aligns with business strategies, improving time-to-market and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles such as Chief Architect, CTO, or Head Architect, with expertise in digital channels, data analytics, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Ability to transition seamlessly between strategic vision and hands-on technical execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technology transformations, especially in banking and financial services sectors.
• Hands-on experience in migrating large-scale systems to cloud platforms, implementing microservices, and leading digital onboarding and servicing initiatives.
• Proven success in driving cost reductions, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in consulting, product evaluation, and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google GCP), data analytics, and AI/ML applications.
• Proven ability to lead and transform architecture teams, manage complex cross-functional projects, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of financial services industry (consumer, wealth, private banking) and experience with cash management, trade finance, and digital channels.
• Proven ability to manage risks, address technical debt, and drive IT standardization across multiple domains.
