About the job Business Analyst

  • Partner with Product Managers to refine business and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with product goals and managing the product backlog effectively.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage Product Backlog, Release Schedule and maintain project pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams and business stakeholders from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds to deliver fully functional systems.
  • Elicit and Analyze business/user requirements into feasible solution design and document in User Stories following Behavior Driven Development (BDD) principles.
  • Define and measure success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of requirement process.
  • Plan and coordinate implementation activities with stakeholders, ensuring seamless transformation from stakeholder requirement to workable functions.
  • Actively monitoring scope and work closely with product managers, project managers and team leads to assess changes following change control process.
  • Collaborate with Development Team and Product Manager to execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), monitoring progress and securing acceptance.
  • Identify opportunities that contribute to product strategies and project pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Manager, or Project Manager.
  • Proven experience with Scrum framework and Mobile App development to conduct and guide team on Sprint Ceremonies.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DynamoDB, Postman API Testing, Adobe Analytics (AA).
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Modelling Tools (Draw.io, Lucid Chart).
  • Proficiency in backlog prioritization framework (MoSCoW, RICE, Cost-Benefit Balance)
  • Proficiency in creating detailed, actionable user stories and documentation using a Test-Driven Development approach.
  • Proficiency in workshop facilitation and interview, particularly for customer support and rewards system design.
  • Exceptional collaboration and facilitation skills to engage multiple stakeholders from technical and business backgrounds.
  • Ability to bridge communication gaps between Vietnamese offshore teams and clients during development and testing phases.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of customer service and loyalty, reward systems (especially in aviation industry) to drive product teams in designing innovative UI/UX.
  • Demonstrated motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, or Certified Business Analysis Professional is a bonus.
