Job Description

What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery build and maintain integrated roadmaps, delivery plans, and release calendars for multiple tracks.
- Run the cadence lead daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and delivery risk reviews; unblock teams to keep commitments on track.
- Align stakeholders act as the single point of contact for agency partners and internal leaders on timelines, scope, and status; prepare crisp dashboards and regular business reviews.
- Coordinate quality gates manage UAT, production cut-overs, and incident response; enforce entry/exit criteria and drive post-incident follow-ups to closure.
- Continuously improve document SOPs, launch checklists, and release playbooks; use metrics to surface process gaps and drive iterative improvements.
- Tool the team champion effective use of delivery tools and introduce lightweight automations.

- Demonstrated success shipping complex features end-to-end while juggling multiple stakeholders.
- Strong command of agile frameworks and tooling; able to tailor process to team maturity.
- Bonus:
- Experience with Microsoft office suite, Figma, Notion, Slack.
- Experience in payment or other high-volume transactional platforms.
- Exposure to CI/CD workflows and release automation.
