Responsibilities:
- Work with users to elicit business needs and define the problem statements through service journeys and user research.
- Apply Design Thinking / Service Design methodology and tools to develop and execute the approach to derive current state gaps and challenges, and future state design and solutions
- Develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria
- Perform and support testing of the system.
- Assess and review the solution design .
- Ensure vulnerabilities and audit findings are addressed in the system.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable technology solution.
- Ensure system or product readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and operations
- Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs.
- Investigate root causes related to functional problems and work with users and service provider to implement preventive and corrective measures to meet business and performance needs.
- Support and maintain the system to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, service design, or system implementation roles.
- Hands-on experience in facilitating user research, user story mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Proficient in Design Thinking and/or Service Design approaches.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with system development life cycle (SDLC) and testing practices (e.g., UAT).
- Capable of conducting impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, users, and external vendors.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or other service design and project tracking tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of vulnerability management and audit compliance processes is a plus.
