We are seeking a highly skilled Sensor/IoT Engineer (Senior Consultant) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in science, technology, hardware, and coding, with a strong data-oriented mindset. The role requires someone comfortable working in onsite terrain environments, engaging with stakeholders, and bringing an innovative and out-of-the-box problem-solving approach to IoT and sensor-related projects. Exceptional communication skills are a must to ensure effective collaboration across teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate IoT sensor systems for various applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Design, prototype, and test sensor hardware solutions while considering environmental and operational factors.
  • Implement and optimize software solutions to collect, process, and analyze sensor data efficiently.
  • Analyze and interpret sensor data to derive actionable insights and improve system accuracy.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise in sensor and IoT deployments.
  • Ensure system compatibility with existing IoT architectures and perform troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Conduct field testing and deployments, ensuring that systems perform effectively in real-world terrain conditions.
  • Identify and innovate new approaches to enhance sensor performance and IoT applications.
  • Maintain documentation on system designs, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IoT, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware, firmware, and sensor technologies.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, C/C++, or embedded systems programming.
  • Strong ability to process and analyze sensor data, with experience in data visualization tools and methodologies.
  • Comfortable working in field or terrain-based environments, conducting deployments, and troubleshooting on-site.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for sensor and IoT challenges.
