M05 - Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ICT projects end-to-end, including scope, budget, timeline, and vendor coordination.

• Work closely with infra and application teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Lead user requirement workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

• Perform hands-on coding, scripting, and troubleshooting as needed.

• Review key deliverables such as specs, test plans, user guides, and operations manuals.

• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ensure SLAs are met and handle enhancement/maintenance requests.

• Identify project risks and propose mitigation plans.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, quality standards, and security guidelines.

• Resolve day-to-day IT issues across application, infra, and security.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

• 2+ full SDLC or Agile project experiences as a developer or technical BA.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

• Strong coding/scripting skills (Python, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS).

• Knowledge of system architecture, microservices, and DevOps is a plus.

• Experience with access control/facial recognition systems is preferred.

• Familiar with requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., design thinking).

• Good understanding of web/mobile app development.

• Prior experience in enterprise IT environments is advantageous.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
